About

Thank you for taking a minute to get to know me and my firm.
I am the Creator, the Lead Immigration Attorney and Artist Advocate for the firm.

I'm on a mission to provide affordable legal services to global artists and visionaries of all stripes so they may bring their talents, businesses, innovations and culture to the U.S.

I have helped many foreign artists and businesses obtain visa approvals by making the impossible become possible.

I ease the painful and confusing process in Travel to the united states to perform, to work, or to live by handling all aspects of the visa petition process by identifying the best path to meet your goals as an artist, business owner, innovator or entrepreneur. And then piecing together the evidence to make the best case possible to U.S. Immigration on your behalf.

I previously worked with the American Film Institute/AFIFest, a prestigious talent agency for models and actors, and with businesses, large and Small. I understand the entertainment industry and the ins and outs of business.

Equal to my love for the arts is my passion for history, the Constitution, the law, and protecting the rights of the People.

The travel ban in 2017 set me on the path to "Immigration Attorney." You heard in the news about those lawyers, tirelessly trying to help those stranded outside the U.S.or being sent back home? One of those lawyers was me.

Finally, I spent time in Dingle, Ireland - a community filled with creators - traditional Irish music blaring from the pubs all the time - the writers, the painters, the photographers.
This is where I put together Immigration and Art.

And Your Virtual Advocate was born.

I am known for my transparency, honesty, compassion, social justice pursuits, and love of Travel, Guinness, Music, and all things Artistic and Entertaining.

I believe in equal access to justice and the legal system.

This is why I became an attorney.

This is a driving force behind my business model of limited scope legal representation and the virtual law firm.

These two factors allow reduced fees and less burdensome methods to meet with an attorney, resolve legal matters, or get the help needed in self-representation.

My professional background is comprised of over 20 years of legal, compliance, managerial,
project and client relationship management experience. This background includes
in-house and law firm experience handling civil litigation cases, negotiating
and drafting agreements, handling licensing, privacy and data security matters,
advising on customer complaints and fraud investigations, analyzing complex
research, providing risk assessments, and managing teams.

I have managed talent as the director of a model and talent agency in Orlando and Los Angeles, facilitated corporate
partnerships for AFI FEST, and volunteered with civil rights organizations.
My exposure to a variety of business functions makes me well-suited to assist
small businesses with their legal challenges or risks.

I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Suffolk University in Boston in 2004.
I received my Juris Doctorate from Barry University School of Law in Orlando in 2012.
During law school, I studied international intellectual property law at University College Dublin
and received a Certificate in Entertainment Law from Southwestern Law School in Los Angeles.
I was the Vice President of the American Constitution Society chapter at Barry Law.
I am licensed to practice law in Washington State.

Aside from my love of all things entertainment and law, I love to travel.
I grew up in Green Bay, Wisconsin, and lived in Boston, Orlando, and Los Angeles.
My current second home is in Dingle, Ireland, where I've spent time this
past year getting to know and love the town and its people, and particularly
its  traditions and artistic community.

Above all, I cherish loyalty, open communication and integrity.  I always keep these traits in the
forefront of a business relationship, holding myself and others to high standards.
